Client proposal for shoes

In order to create an advertising proposal, I need to gather information about the company that makes the product, where it want to advertise, what it wants the advertising to achieve and how much it has to spend.
The advertising budget for my campaign to advertise Shakx shoes by Luki is £100,00.
I want my adverts to achieve selling in higher market places such as opening a shop in oxford street and hopefully to be nearly sold out in most common market shops such as Punkfish, and John Lewis The shoe will not be sold in Tesco and Marks and Spencer’s; otherwise It may not have the same unique, new punk/funk shoe out that to teenagers, it too special to be sold just anywhere.  I would like every teenager to know what Shakx shoes are, and want to own them themselves, introducing a new product to the market.
The advertising type for now will be posters and advertisements in magazines, and still online adverts on websites, but will soon progress to TV moving advertisements when more money is gained through the shoes.
The print advert for the Shakx shoes will be a dark black plain background with an example of the shoe in the middle of the page, and electric wave strings weave in and out and around the shoe, all different colours but edited with Photoshop to look electrical, the shoe will have a silver “river” looking shadow behind it to make it look magical, and the words “Funk, yea” will be at the bottom of the page. The Shakx shoes logo will be at the top corner of the page in white writing, and birds are flying out of the shoe, so lots of things are going on at the same time to make it look magical.  It is going to make a teenager think it is stylish, unique, different, magical, funky, made pacifically for their age, and colourful, for every need.
The target audience profile for my product shoe will be mainly just for teens, because if I aimed for older, such as adults, teenagers don’t think of adults as funky and hip, so they would most likely go out of fashion, and teenagers are the most likely highest age group people that will buy this shoe because of the design and the adverts. The teenagers would be wanting to be hip, fashionable, and unique but fitting in with the crowd at the same time, being cool. They would most likely like to go out and “hang” but shop a lot as well, to be able to find the advert and buy the product. The target market would have enough “pocket money” to buy the shoes, and 13-19 year olds would like the style of them.
